Winter is the time to gain basic kilometres and do countless squats to gain endurance and power. It´s also the part of the season in which I focus the most on stabilisation and improving systems I had problems with during the racing season.

Gaining strength is not a mystic secret and training science becomes not revolutionized every week. But there are some key rules of how to work in the gym and on the road - most important: High quality.

In this category of posts I will mostly show you some exercises that I do during the cold months and impressions of my training on the road and off-road aswell.
